KC Energy Group LLP hereby informs you that an updated Information System for Receiving Applications for the Purchase of Petroleum Products (the Applications) is now available through the Company’s corporate portal.
To make interaction with market participants more convenient, streamline the process of receiving and reviewing Applications, and ensure their proper registration and tracking, we ask that, effective October 1, 2026, Applications be submitted via the Information System using the following link: https://kceg.kz/mybpm-reg/
The Information System makes it possible to electronically record the submission of an Application, including the date and time of its registration, and to ensure that Applications are reviewed in an orderly sequence. This helps reduce the risk of Applications being lost, duplicated, or recorded incorrectly, minimizes the need for additional correspondence and clarifications, and enables prompt, transparent, and convenient interaction between the Company and market participants.
Submitting Applications through the Information System will also enable the Company to process incoming requests systematically, take buyers’ needs into account, and improve the quality of feedback.
In view of the above, we recommend that all market participants use the Information System as the primary channel for submitting Applications.
